This week in Sunday Fellowship we conclude our message on 1 Corinthians chapter 6.  Last week we discussed some of Paul’s most powerful, unbelievable, yet misunderstood statements. Here are some of the topics in last week’s message.

Who’s Judging Whom?  Who’s at Fault?  Surly Not Me!  1Co 6:1-6

        It is Not a Leadership Issue – It’s A Fellowship Issue!  1Cor 6:4-6

Defeated Before You Start: If You Do Not Start Right, You Do Not End Right 1Co 6:7-8

The Deception of Blurred and False Identities Revealed In Blurred and False Cultures!  1Co 6:9-10

If You Can Do Anything You Want – You Have a License To Sin, Right? 1Co 6:12

As you can see, we covered a lot of ground.  The Father provided a great deal of Spiritual insight and revelation on each of these topics. As our brother and Pastor Roger from Ghana said “this message was packed!”  If you didn’t have a chance to catch last Sunday’s message here’s the link:  https://youtube.com/live/Jjpfy9-NsFI

Lets talk about it…

This week in Sunday Fellowship we discuss 1 Corinthians chapter 6, where Apostle Paul makes many powerful, unbelievable, yet misunderstood statements. His letter continues to challenge the church concerning their Spiritual maturity!  According to Paul, in chapter one, this church, above all others, abounded in operating Spiritual gifts.

1Co 1:7 so that you do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Despite all the gifts in full demonstration, they were a “flesh bound” body of believers! Many of them fell into Satan’s trap of living in their “original flesh identity,” using Spiritual gifts with the works of man-made religion. They were deceived, as many are today, that having signs, wonders and miracles demonstrates Spiritual maturity.  Sadly, gifts does not reveal that at all!

Spiritual gifts minister to the “outer man” only.  They provide comfort to the body and soul identity and needs! Let me be clear, because many still believe “Spiritual gifts,” including signs, wonders and miracles are for today.  I agree 100% with that assessment, but in no way do these gifts produce Spiritual maturity in those who use them!  Concerning the subject of Spiritual gifts – no gift has any eternal value, eternal life, and is void of any power to produce salvation or Spiritual birth.  Of course we must acknowledge the Holy Spirit can use the witness of these gifts to bring some to receive and believe on Christ for their salvation.

Paul will cover a lot of ground in this chapter dealing with many of the Corinthians still living in their original flesh identity.  They were a Spiritual immature body with lack of Spiritual identity! So, let’s talk about it…

1 Cor Ch 6 – Self-deception leads to Blurred Identities With Brenda Gray

2026 May 10th Streaming

We are living in a time where identities have been “blurred.”

The title of today’s message “blurred identities” was inspired by the idea behind the phrase “blurred lines.”  For those of you who are not familiar with the phrase “blurred lines” here is a simple definition of the idea that this phrase implies.

“Blurred lines” refers to a situation where the distinction between two different things is unclear, confusing, or overlapping. It suggests that boundaries have become mixed or less defined, making it hard to tell where one thing ends and another begins.

This described some of the believers in the church of Corinth and is very much descriptive of what we are seeing in our society today to a tee! “BLURRED IDENTITIES”!

The idea of being able to choose an “assumed identity” has led many people into an illusion of living under fictional identities.

Paul’s letters were aimed at reshaping the “blurred identity culture” that the believers at the church of Corinth had allowed themselves to be a part of.

In their decisions the church pretty much mirrored the behavior and lifestyle of the society in which they lived.

They were religiously diverse but Spiritually confused and this is the culture that we are seeing in many churches today. A culture of behavior shaping Identities that do not match the Spiritual identity as the Spiritual Son of God.

As we continue in our discussion in 1 Corinthians 6 my hope is that we are open to what the Spirit is revealing to us about “blurred identities”.

Paul shares the true gospel with the Corinthians. The Corinthians were involved with regularly living in their Original Natural Flesh Identity. They regularly were making FLESHLY DECISIONS where all those FLESHLY DECISIONS led them into having SINNING BODIES!

When we are Spirit-birthed as a Spiritual Son of the Father, we received a New Spiritual Son Identity with New Creation Spiritual Life and with the Divine Nature. We are to make Spiritual Son Identity decisions in all that we are a part of that will obey our Father and bring glory to His Name!

Let us also look at ALL the SPECIFIC THINGS that Paul discusses to correct the Corinthians in their FLESHLY DECISIONS. We can learn from Paul how to operate in our Spirit Son Identity with Spiritual decisions!

This week in Sunday Fellowship we will discuss 1 Corinthians chapter 2, where Apostle Paul makes many powerful and unbelievable statements. While he details the “mystery” of Christ in this chapter, the word “mystery” is not actually used. Paul reveals spiritual knowledge of who the Corinthian believers are in Christ, then contrasts the old flesh identity with new Spiritual identity as believers and Sons of God in Christ!

In chapter one Paul established something very few saw or acknowledged concerning the church in Corinth. Although this church had more “signs, wonders, and miracles” than any other church at the time, they also acted in their flesh more than any other church at the time.

1Co 1:5-7 That in everything ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and [in] all knowledge; 6 Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7 So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:

As it was then, so it is now in man-made religion! Signs, wonders and miracles seem required to validate ministries. Having an “experience” while in church proves the “Spirit of God is moving.” Others pursue the “experience” for a great time of “praise and worship,” which is defined differently by each church and has become subjective. None of these things are wrong by themselves, but they typically minister to the “body and soul” of a person. While these things are not explicitly wrong, as in the church of Corinth, Spiritual things ministering to “Spirit and Soul” should be set aside.

Paul begins the next part of this letter by making his opening statement “I did not come proclaiming the testimony of God.” But why not? Let’s talk about it…

1 Cor Chap 2 The Wisdom of God in a Mystery With Brenda Gray

2026 April 19th Streaming

1 Corinthians 1: 30 (AMP)

But it is from Him (God the Father) that you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God [revealing His plan of salvation] {which is birthing Spiritual Sons}, and righteousness [making us acceptable to God], and sanctification [making us holy and setting us apart for God], and redemption [providing our ransom from the penalty of sin],

The purpose, intent, and plan of God IS wisdom revealed in the first-born Son.

Proverbs 4: 7 (NKJV) says,

“Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore, get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.”

As God continues to reveal who He is to us as Father, and who we are to Him as Spiritual Sons, the many illusions of man-made religion begin to fade, and the realization of our union and oneness in Him NOW become our reality.

Quoting from the apostle Paul’s letter to the church of Corinth.

1 Corinthians 2: 9, 10

9 But it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear hear, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him,” 10 But God has revealed them (His thoughts) to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things (His thoughts), yes, the deep (thoughts) of God.

The revelation of Spiritual union, oneness, and identity has ushered in a Spiritual revolution; overthrowing the power of man-made religion that has kept many Spiritual Sons in captivity to their flesh.

The mystery of Spiritual birth is on-going and we are barely on the cusp of this revelation.

As the Spirit continues to illuminate our minds, I trust the Father that revelation knowledge and understanding will come forth in His power and might!

Paul each and every time came to the Corinthians not operating in Original Birth Identity using natural or fleshly wisdom, but was operating in his Spirit Birthed Identity and made Spiritual decisions to only keep to the focus of the TRUE GOSPEL of Jesus Christ and Him Crucified.

Paul was CALLED by Jesus Himself (Acts 9:3-19) and was obedient to his calling to LIVE, to WALK, and to be continually LED by THE HOLY SPIRIT in his Apostolic ministry. When he came to the Corinthians he came in the weakness of flesh, in GODLY FEAR – with profound reverence and respect for THE FATHER, and in MANIFESTATION or DEMONSTRATION of THE POWER and WISDOM of THE SPIRIT.

We cannot see or understand the DEPTHS of the HIDDEN WISDOM or concealed MYSTERY of GOD THE FATHER. ALL these things have already BEEN once then GRANTED to and for ALL SPIRIT BIRTHED SONS. We just need to fully LOVE and SEEK HIM.

Let us also look at ALL the SPECIFIC THINGS that was shared by the Apostle Paul to the Corinthian local assembly in I Corinthians chapter 2, as we, as SPIRIT BIRTHED SONS, learn of Paul’s declaration of SPIRITUAL WISDOM, MYSTERY, POWER and TRUTH!

Easter: The Stolen Valor Of The Cross with David Kenebrew, Th.D.

2026 April 5th Streaming

Phl 3:18 For many, of whom I have often told you and now tell you even with tears, walk as enemies of the cross of Christ.

Greetings Everyone And Happy Easter!

This week Sunday Fellowship falls on Easter Sunday. Originally, I was scheduled to teach on 1 Corinthians chapter 1.  However, I received the need to divert to a different path for an Easter message, The Stolen Valor of the Cross. While the past 2 weeks our Father provided two incredible teachings on 1Corinthians Chapter 1 through brother Dwight Davis and sister Brenda Gray, this week He provides a somewhat unique insight into the depth of the cross, not typically taught on Easter Sunday!  We will begin with defining and reviewing the origin of “Easter.” Then we will review the definitions of “valor” and “stolen valor.”

Many Easter messages review the “Three Phases of the Cross of Christ” including:  the pouring out of blood on the judgement seat, the death of the body on the cross, and the resurrection of a new life from the death.  Actually, the new life of Christ was not from “blood,” but the Spiritual Life of the Father.”

Lev 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it for you on the altar to make atonement for your souls, for it is the blood that makes atonement by the life.

1Pe 1:19-20 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: 20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

Col 1:22 he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him,

Heb 10:5 Consequently, when Christ came into the world, he said, “Sacrifices and offerings you have not desired, but a body have you prepared for me;

The cross is where God’s victory and foundation is established for Spiritual Birth, with the right to receive His Divine Nature as the Son!  Satan through man-made religion has blinded the hearts and minds of humankind to believe there is no way for anyone to become equal or One with Jesus or God the Father. This is the Lie of Stolen Valor of The Cross of Christ!  Let’s Talk about it…

The Reality of Spiritual Birth A Stumbling Block for Many With Brenda Gray

2026 March 29th Streaming

Introduction:

1 Corinthians 1: 22 – 24

22 Jews demand signs and Greeks search for wisdom, 23 but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, 24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

Preachers and teachers today want to “stand out, to be relevant” and be “in touch” with the people. They want to preach to “the temporary needs” of people instead of to their deepest need which is Spiritual identity.

Preaching to “temporary needs of the flesh” amounts to no more than preaching to the selfish and idolatrous cravings of the flesh.  2 Timothy 4: 3, 4, “For the time will come when men will not tolerate sound doctrine, but with itching ears they will gather around themselves teachers to suite their own desires. 4 So they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

The revelation of “Spiritual birth” in man-made religion is a stumbling block to those who prefer “the old-time religion”, and foolishness to those who believe “there are many roads that lead to God.”

In the religious silos, aka the “church of man-made religion” sin, judgment, grace and redemption are taught but only as a deterrent from the idea of experiencing hell, fire, and brimstone.

An exchange of identity sounds like foolishness to those who are perishing—those who are operating in Spiritual darkness, but for the person who understands Spiritual birth it is in this, the “power of God” that we live. 1 Corinthians 1 :18, 18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

As we continue our discussion in 1 Corinthians, I trust that revelation knowledge of the Father will come forth in His power and might.
