It has been so misunderstood, that it\u2019s true meaning has been lost to many. This is why so many people find themselves disappointed when the \u201clove\u201d they seek falls short of their needs and\/or expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Many are searching for some type of fulfillment that will satisfy a deep longing to be loved and accepted. If love is only an emotion, then it is a \u201csecond hand emotion\u201d (according to the song). Can one truly find love? And if so, will it fulfill their deepest desire and need?<\/p>\n<p>In John 21: 15 \u2013 17 Jesus asked Peter twice did he have agape or absolute love for Him?\u201d Peter answered with phileo love, which is; to be fond of, care for affectionately, or have a personal attachment to, which at the moment, was all Peter knew. Later, when the Holy Spirit revealed a fuller understanding of agape Love, Peter used the agape\/agapao words nine times in his writings.<\/p>\n<p>This Agape, \u201cAbsolute Love\u201d is our Father. This is Pure and True Love! Because our Father is Love!<\/p>\n<p>In Colossians, Paul speaks about this Love.<\/p>\n<p>So, what does love got to do with it?
