Whether the end is happiness, success, ministry, good health, favor, a happy family, political power, or salvation from Hell, Christ has become the means by which we achieve that end. If the end is good and moral, how can the means not be justified? Our relative definition of a good end has justified greed, ambition, and even here in America \u2013 Christian Nationalism \u2013 and all in the name of God. It doesn\u2019t matter how mature you are or how pious you have become; Jesus is not the means to an end. He is the beginning and the end, the Alpha and the Omega. But what does all this mean?
