This leads into the final main section of the letter in which Paul draws out the specific implications of all of this for how the Galatians should live.<\/p>\n<p>In chapter 5, Paul warns the people of the church of Galatia not to waste their freedom in Christ by selfishly serving themselves only. Instead, he says that they should serve each other in love. The entire law is fulfilled in that one word: <strong>LOVE!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 Corinthians 13:2 <em>If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have absolute faith so as to move mountains, but have not (absolute) love, I am nothing.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From last week\u2019s message with brother David:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cLiberty\u201d and \u201cFreedom\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0have been misused, overused, and greatly misunderstood by man-made religion and those in the flesh of secular living. The definition men use for liberty<\/p>\n<p>or freedom is not the \u201cSpiritual\u201d definition and meaning Paul is referring to in verses 1 and 3.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the indwelling work of the Holy Spirit, <strong>\u201cfreedom\u201d <\/strong>is certain to degenerate into a license to live according to the impulses and cravings of the flesh.<\/p>\n<p>I trust that as we continue in the Book of Galatians we will continue to learn who we are as Spiritual Sons to the Father and who He is\u00a0to us as our Father.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2025 January 12th Streaming Galatians chapter 4:21-5:1 is the culmination of Paul\u2019s theological case against the teaching of the Judaizers.
