They want to preach to \u201cthe temporary needs\u201d of people instead of to their deepest need which is Spiritual identity.<\/p>\n<p>Preaching to \u201ctemporary needs of the flesh\u201d amounts to no more than preaching to the selfish and idolatrous cravings of the flesh.<strong>\u00a0\u00a02 Timothy 4: 3, 4, <em>\u201cFor the time will come when men will not tolerate sound doctrine, but with itching ears they will gather around themselves teachers to suite their own desires.\u00a04\u00a0So they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The revelation of \u201cSpiritual birth\u201d in man-made religion is a stumbling block to those who prefer \u201cthe old-time religion\u201d, and foolishness to those who believe \u201cthere are many roads that lead to God.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the religious silos, aka the \u201cchurch of man-made religion\u201d sin, judgment, grace and redemption are taught but only as a deterrent from the idea of experiencing hell, fire, and brimstone.<\/p>\n<p>An exchange of identity sounds like foolishness to those who are perishing\u2014those who are operating in Spiritual darkness, but for the person who understands Spiritual birth it is in this, the \u201cpower of God\u201d that we live. <strong>1 Corinthians 1 :18,<em>\u00a018\u00a0For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As we continue our discussion in 1 Corinthians, I trust that revelation knowledge of the\u00a0Father will come forth in His power and might.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2026 March 29th Streaming Introduction: 1 Corinthians 1: 22 \u2013 24 22\u00a0Jews demand signs and Greeks search for wisdom, 23\u00a0but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, 24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.
